HEALTH CARE SERVICES NC II

Trainees or students wishing to enroll in this course qualification should possess the following requirements:

  • 16 years old and above
  • Must pass the trainability / aptitude test
  • Can communicate effectively both orally and in written form
  • Physically, emotionally and mentally fit

    • CARE GIVING NC II

    Trainees or students should possess the following requirements

  • can communicate both in oral and written;
  • physically and mentally fit;
  • with good moral character; and
  • can perform basic mathematical computation

    • EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES NC II

    Trainees or students should possess the following requirements

  • Must have completed at least ten (10) years of Basic Education or Alternative Learning
  • System (ALS) Grade 10 Certificate of Rating Holder
  • Must be a holder of LTO student permit to drive a motor vehicle
  • Can communicate effectively both orally and in written form
  • Physically, emotionally and mentally fit as
  • assessed and certified by any Licensed Philippine Physician

    • BIO MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SERVICES NC II

    Trainees or students should possess the following requirements

  • 16 years old and above
  • Must pass the trainability / aptitude test
  • Can communicate effectively both in oral and written form
  • Physically, emotionally and mentally fit
  • Can perform basic mathematical computation

    • MEDICAL CODING AND CLAIMS PROCESSING NC II

    Trainees or students should possess the following requirements

  • Graduate of 12-years Basic education
  • Can communicate in English, both oral and written
  • Have pass the trainability/aptitude test of the institution

    • MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION NC II

    Trainees or students should possess the following requirements

  • can communicate either oral and written;
  • with good moral character; and
  • must pass the trainability/aptitude test.

    • PHARMACY ASSISTANT NC III

    Trainees or students should possess the following requirements

  • Must have completed at least ten (10) years of basic education
  • Can communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Can perform basic mathematical computation
